The mental health of UHI students is always a priority for us at HISA - you might have seen that we are taking part in the Healthy Body Healthy Mind initiative, or maybe you've seen one of our events on a campus where you are! We hope this space will form as a hub for mental health advice to help you maintain your wellbeing at university. You must remember that student support will always have the information you require should you wish to talk to a professional- assistance is always at hand for you and HISA is here to help signpost you if you are unsure where to start.
